Maat Handasa is a multidisciplinary laboratory specializing in planning, landscape architecture and sustainability. The design team executes these principles with efficiency and creativity by selecting plant species from the region, designing with light and geometric play, and integrating existing natural resources on site.

SHA Mexico has been carefully designed to avoid impacting the area’s native wildlife. The building will be raised at different heights that border and respect the surrounding gardens, mangroves, and natural cenotes. It will be built using renewable and locally-sourced materials and adhering to high standards of energy and water efficiency.

If you wish to make your investment profitable, you can incorporate your home into the resort’s rental pool to receive and accommodate the brand’s distinguished guests.

Each time your residence is rented, you will be notified of the arrival and departure date. Your personal belongings will be carefully packed and taken to your cellar, to which no one will have access. After the visitors leave, we’ll clean your residence from top to bottom and put all your belongings right back where they were, ensuring that everything is in perfect condition for your next visit.
